If you change the state of the body you rapidly change the state of the mind

Odyssey Gade, LMT

I spent so many years feeling lost—unsure of what to create, who I wanted to be, or what was even important to me. I didn't find the answers through a guru or some grand spiritual path. I found them in play, exploration, and safety. I found them in people who resonated with me.

Now, I see myself as a guide who helps others do the same. I use bodywork as a vehicle for self-discovery, blending knowlege of the body and nervous system to gently support. My sessions are a safe container for you to discover your own agency—the ability to make choices and affect change in your life.

My greatest joy is witnessing a person explore what gives them delight. I'm here not to give you the answers, but to help you find that place of calm where you can discover them for yourself. It’s a joy to sow the seeds of curiosity, guiding you back to your own voice and desires.

I’ve been trained in and practicing bodywork (neuromuscular, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage) for six years, and have been studying, learning, and self-exploring with trauma and nervous system regulation for nine years.

Drawing from techniques new and old, my way of attuning to you is slow, intentional, and deeply intricate. With 9 years as a professional Licensed Massage Therapist, my work has naturally evolved to include emotional and energetic healing alongside physical relief. I see this work as a co-creative process— together, we’ll clear stagnant energy and survival mentality, as we set the stage for a nervous system that has the capacity and stability to allow healing to occur organically.

I used to think acheiving good health and a strong body was a linear path with a clear ending. Now I know that well-being and growth are Spiralic in nature. We move forward and backward, progressing and regressing, yet always evolving. This growth process requires patience, persistence, and a surrender to what is. And it’s in that softness, that slowness — that letting go of rigidity — that we remember how to hear the wisdom in our own body.
